6. Prices and Payments
All product prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.
Sylmart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).
Customers pay the applicable order amount and delivery charge upon receiving their products.
We aim to display accurate prices. If a pricing error is identified, we may contact the customer before processing the affected order.
7. Delivery Coverage
Sylmart provides delivery services across Bangladesh.
Local deliveries may be handled by our own delivery personnel.
Nationwide deliveries may be fulfilled through third-party courier and logistics partners.
Delivery availability may depend on the accessibility of the customer’s location and applicable courier service coverage.
8. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to location and parcel weight.
Inside Sylhet:
- Up to 1 kg: ৳70
Outside Sylhet:
- Up to 1 kg: ৳130
Additional Weight:
For parcels weighing more than 1 kg, an additional ৳20 is charged for each additional kilogram or part thereof.
For example:
- 1 kg: Standard delivery charge
- 1.5 kg: Standard delivery charge + ৳20
- 2 kg: Standard delivery charge + ৳20
- 2.5 kg: Standard delivery charge + ৳40
The delivery charge displayed at checkout may not include additional charges for parcels weighing more than 1 kg. If an additional weight-based charge applies, Sylmart will contact the customer to explain the updated delivery charge before dispatching the order.
9. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is generally 1–3 days across Bangladesh.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier operations, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We aim to keep customers informed when significant delays are identified.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before their order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests can be made through the same communication channel used to place the order or by contacting Sylmart directly.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the standard cancellation process.
